We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom. Shipping is free on every order.
Timelines
- Processing: within 24 hours. Your kit is prepared and handed to the carrier.
- Delivery: typically 7–10 days after shipping, depending on your country and local postal service. Busy seasons and customs checks can add a few days.
Tracking
Every parcel is tracked. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as it ships, and you can check status any time at vincicanvas.com/track.
Where we ship from
Kits are produced and dispatched by our manufacturing partner in Asia. This is how we keep prices fair while including the frame, all paints and brushes. It's also why delivery takes longer than a domestic parcel. We would rather tell you that up front.
Duties and taxes
Orders are sent as low-value consignments and in the vast majority of cases arrive with nothing further to pay. If a customs charge does apply in your country, it is the responsibility of the recipient.
Address changes
Made a typo? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it. Once a parcel has shipped, the address can no longer be changed.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you in full. Your choice.
